Stuck on sign-in, missing a purchase, or wondering where your offline earnings went? The answers are here, and so are we.
Write to us
Franchise Empire is made by YaghyDev, and every message is read by a person. Tell us your username, your phone model, and what happened, and we’ll reply by email as soon as we can.
Signing in & saves
Why do I need to sign in?
Your company is saved on our server with your account, so it follows you to any phone and can’t be lost with this one. Signing in with Apple or Google is all it takes: the first time creates your account and asks you for a username.
I signed in and my company is gone.
Your company belongs to the Apple or Google sign-in you created it with. Sign out and sign in again the same way you did the first time. If it still isn’t there, write to us with your username and company name.
The game asks which save to keep.
That happens when you played on two devices and both have changes the other doesn’t. Pick the one you want to keep; the other is replaced. If you picked the wrong one, write to us quickly with your username: we keep a few recent versions of every save and can often put the right one back.
Can I change my username?
Not in the app yet, so choose one you like: it’s what other players see on the leaderboards. If yours has to change, write to us.
Offline earnings
How do offline earnings work?
While the app is closed your restaurants keep trading by the same rules as when you watch, for up to 24 hours (you can raise the limit to 48). When you come back, the welcome-back report shows what they served and earned. Time is measured by our server’s clock, not your phone’s.
I was away longer, but earned less than I expected.
Anything past your offline limit isn’t counted, so check in at least once a day. Costs such as wages, rent and supplies keep running too, so offline profit can be lower than revenue. Changing your phone’s clock doesn’t help: the server ignores it.
Gems & purchases
What can I buy?
Gem packs, a one-time starter bundle, cosmetics (restaurant themes, signs and headquarters styles) and the Ad Pass, which gives you rewarded-ad bonuses without watching the ads. Everything else in the game is earned by playing.
I paid, but my gems didn’t arrive.
Our server adds a purchase to your account once Apple or Google has confirmed it. If the app couldn’t reach our server at that moment, the purchase arrives the next time you open the game. If you used Ask to Buy or a family payment method, nothing arrives (or is charged) until it’s approved.
Still missing after that? Write to us with your username, the date of the purchase and, if you have it, the order number from your receipt.
How do I get my purchases on a new phone?
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account. Gems, cosmetics and the Ad Pass are kept with your account on our server, not on the phone.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are made by the store you paid: ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google from your Google Play order history.
Ads & notifications
An ad didn’t give me my reward.
The reward is given once the video has played to the end. Each kind of reward has a daily limit and a short cooldown between ads; when you’ve reached it, the button says so. If an ad finished and nothing arrived, write to us with your username and roughly when it happened.
How do I control notifications?
In the game’s settings you can choose which notifications you get: reminders (for example before your offline limit runs out), events, and news. You can also turn them all off in your phone’s settings.
Deleting your account
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. It deletes your profile, saves, gems and push tokens from our server at once and for good, and anything you bought goes with it, without a refund.
Can’t get into the app? Write to [email protected] from the email address you signed in with, and tell us your username. The account deletion page has the details.
What do you keep about me?
Your email address, your username, your company and your gems, and records of what you bought. The privacy policy has all of it: what’s kept, who can see it, and for how long.
